Lauren Pollak

Lauren Pollak, who co-leads Jump's New York office, has a particular talent for finding connections between disparate points of data and uncovering the deeper implications for clients' business planning. She has helped clients create new businesses in financial services, thermoplastics, household goods, retail, and packaged foods. She has pioneered Jump's service innovation methodology, and taught product and service development as an adjunct professor at the George Washington University School of Business. Lauren has a background in physics and engineering. Prior to Jump, she applied this knowledge to create innovative science education programs for high school students. Lauren has a degree in Product Design from Stanford University. Lauren is known for her weakness for cheese, both on her crackers and in her jokes.
