Kingshuk Das


Kingshuk Das is an experienced innovation leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, social research, and design methodologies. A well-versed translator between these worlds, he has taught design strategy courses at Stanford University, and worked at both large companies and leading consultancies to help organizations create new markets through offerings and processes. Kingshuk has led a range of innovation programs in a number of industries, from healthcare to hi-tech and consumer packaged goods. He has significant experience working with healthcare organizations – helping identify new care delivery models, create medical navigation systems, improve patient experiences, and design new facilities – working closely with folks like the Mayo Clinic, Medtronic, and American Red Cross. Prior to arriving at Jump, Kingshuk held R&D and corporate strategy roles at Steelcase and helped to launch the firm's healthcare business and brand called Nurture™. Kingshuk has also worked for IDEO where he led initiatives to build a larger presence in emerging markets. Kingshuk holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Birla Institute of Technology in India and a Masters degree in strategic design planning from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
